Located in Krakow, known as the city of the Dragon, our sports editorial team is passionate about delivering the latest news and analyses of sporting events to our readers. Just a half-hour stroll from the beautiful historic Kraków Old Town, our Better Collective office is in a modern business district with stunning views of the Tatra mountains and abundant natural light. Our space is the perfect setting to recharge, offering refreshing green tea, coffee, fruits, and even a foosball table for some friendly competition.
Łódź office
In the vibrant city of Łódź, where diverse cultures converge, you'll find our exceptional technical team of highly skilled developers and DevOps. This unique place offers a comfortable office with snacks and access to foosball and gaming consoles which help us unwind after intense work. We work in Stara Drukarnia, an old printery building, renovated to become a modern space.

How we hire
Our hiring process is thorough, to ensure we make the right decision and to help you to decide if we're the right fit for you.
1st interview
You will meet with the hiring manager and possibly one of their team members for your first interview. They want to ensure that you are a suitable fit for both the job and the company. This interview will give you a better understanding of the job and Better Collective.
2nd interview
The 2nd interview will also be with the hiring manager, as well as an HR consultant. Before the interview, you will be asked to do a work style assessment that will be used as a dialogue tool for the interview. If it is a match, you will be offered a position. You are now ready to start!
A good start
We know that getting a good start at your new job is extremely important. Therefore, we have set up a thorough onboarding program to get you moving with your best foot forward. Here you will spend your first couple of weeks at work with introductions to your tasks, attending presentations on the different teams and departments at Better Collective, and learning how to use our products and services.
