Manager’s interview
You will be invited to a first meeting with the hiring manager, to learn more about you and your story, and to take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.
HR & Manager’s interview
If you made it to this part, you will be invited to complete a work style assessment that will be used as a dialogue tool for the 2nd interview. Here you can also learn more about the office and how we work.
Offer is made
You got the job! You will receive a working contract and HR will reach out to you in order to start the employment process and arrange the onboarding.
