Our office is located in Greater Kailash, a residential area in South Delhi that consists of several neighborhoods and multiple markets. The Greater Kailash locality has two metro stations on the violet and magenta lines. It features a prime market with numerous upscale salons, boutiques, and dining establishments.

We invite you to become a part of our team!
In the first stage, you’ll be asked to complete a written practical task. Upon successful completion, you’ll meet with both the Hiring Manager and the Country Manager. They want to ensure that you are a suitable fit for both the job and the company. The interview will give you a better understanding of the job and Better Collective.
Interview with your potential future supervisor
The second interview will also be with hiring manager as well as an HR Consultant. Before the interview you will be asked to do a work style assessment that will reused as as dialogue tool for the interview. If there is a strong match, we will proceed with a reference check and ask for your employment history. Upon successful completion, we’ll extend a formal job offer, and you’ll be ready to begin your new role.
