Video Producer/Editor (Betarades.gr)

The Role
As a Video Producer/ Video Editor (Betarades.gr) at Better Collective, you will be working with an experienced team of very talented and creative Videographers and Video editors, who are all cooperating in order to produce and edit engaging sports content for YouTube, Tik-Tok, Instagram Etc.

Your primary focus will be on the production of sports-oriented content for YouTube and other SoMe (if required). You will manage to successfully produce and edit them from start to finish as we provide you with the freedom and space to be fully creative, having the chance to embed your signature style in every project you handle. At the same time, you will contribute to the post production of content produced for the Betarades.gr and Casinoslot.gr YouTube channel in many ways, from editing interviews with Greek celebrities/famous football figures, mini series of educational videos, Youtube - style sports videos to creating engaging thumbnails like the ones trending on Youtube platform. Creativity and good aesthetics are two things that have to describe your work ethic.

We expect you to have a solid understanding of the tools and rules required when producing any kind of content for a specific target audience (user), supported by killer aesthetics and good software skills. As well as a self driven mindset and a genuine desire to apply and develop your professional skill set within a constantly evolving industry such as Social Media/YouTube. • Can deliver Quality content with purpose

• Are proficient in use of Adobe Creative Suite with hard focus on both
  Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Have strong, proven motion graphics, video editing and producing skills.

• Have good knowledge of content trending in YouTube and Tik-Tok related to football/ basketball

• Have the ability to set up lighting, tune and record with cameras from start to finish.

• Can add superior motion graphics combined with footage recorded.

• Are familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Are experienced in producing videos for social media and YouTube

• Have the ability to create modern, badass thumbnails for Betarades YouTube videos, following the worldwide trends
