Job description

Join Better Collective and help shape the future of digital sports media. As a UX Designer at Better Collective, you will play a key role in designing world-class digital products that engage millions of sports fans across the globe.

Better Collective is an international, award-winning sports media group dedicated to delivering exceptional sports media, betting resources, and iGaming products. We continuously strive to improve our platforms and create outstanding user experiences that inform, entertain, and inspire sports enthusiasts worldwide.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll take part in a diverse range of design initiatives — from early concept development for new business areas to refining the smallest interface components on our live products. Regardless of the project scope, your focus will always be on creating intuitive, data-informed, and user-centered experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of UX Designers, UX Researchers, Graphic Designers, Digital Intelligence Specialists, and other stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design new features in collaboration with stakeholders across teams

  • Improve existing features through a data-driven, iterative design proces

  • Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for testing and validation

  • Translate user research and insights into actionable design decisions

  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems and best practices

Why Better Collective

  • Work with a talented, international team passionate about sports and digital innovation

  • Be part of a company recognized for excellence in product and design

  • Enjoy a flexible, inclusive, and dynamic work environment

  • Grow your career in one of the leading sports media companies in the world

Job requirements

  • You have 3–5 years of experience as a UX Designer and are ready to take the next step toward a senior level

  • You’re passionate about user experience, design processes, and innovation, and you work methodically across all UX stages — from research and concepting to wireframing, prototyping and testing

  • You’re highly experienced in Figma and confident in managing the full UX design flow from idea to delivery

  • You work creatively and iteratively, validating concepts through user insights, data, and testing

  • You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, working closely with developers, product managers, and other designers

  • You have a genuine interest in sports (and possibly sports betting) and understand how engagement and experience connect within digital sports products

  • Experience in the sports, entertainment, or betting industry is a plus — but not a requirement

  • You have solid experience leveraging AI tools in your design work — for ideation, user insights, prototyping, or workflow optimization

  • You communicate clearly — both visually and verbally — and can confidently explain and defend design decisions based on user needs

  • You are fluent in English and comfortable collaborating and communicating in an English-speaking environment

About You

You are a creative and analytical thinker who thrives in collaborative environments. You understand that great design is about solving real problems for users, and you’re passionate about crafting experiences that make a difference.
