As Strategy Partner to the Senior Leadership Team, you will help drive this work forward — connecting insights, people and initiatives to ensure our strategic priorities translate into tangible results.

Your main responsibilities

  • Challenge and provide sparring to our senior leaders on strategic priorities and projects to improve decision-making

  • Translate the long-term vision for our business into actionable and measurable plans

  • Help structure and scope strategic projects by defining roadmaps and business cases and ensure ongoing progress across these

  • Work deeply with the entire business to drive forward strategic priorities and solve challenges

  • Manage stakeholders at all organisational levels - upwards, downwards and horizontally

  • Translate strategic projects and activities into clear and concise materials that support communication to the wider group as well as Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors

  • Support in preparing and facilitating meetings with the broader leadership team under the Executive Leadership Team.

  • You are a good communicator with the ability to translate both qualitative and quantitative analysis into compelling storylines and presentations

  • You are able to break down complexity and communicate it easily

  • You enjoy collaboration and have a natural ability to build a strong network within the organisation.

  • You are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges

  • You have a ‘can-do’ attitude, ensuring things are acted upon

  • You thrive in a busy and vibrant environment 

  • You have strong attention to detail

Job requirements

Our expectations to you

  • Masters degree within Economics, Business or a related field

  • A strong background with experience from management consulting, strategy development or similar

  • Strong understanding of business and financial modelling

  • Experience in leadership communication

  • Comfortable in setting the direction and making clear (recommendations for) decisions 

  • Thrives in a role with high expectations and significant responsibility

  • Collaborative mindset and comfort in navigating complex organisational dynamics 

  • Fluency in English; Fluency in Danish will be an advantage.
