About the role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will assume responsibility for our customer data integrations, ensuring seamless and consistent data flow through our transformation layers. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of our data platform and its requirements for on-demand ML evaluations. You'll quickly find yourself at the organisation's core, influencing our short-term priorities and customer implementation strategy. This roles requires you to balance multiple responsibilities effectively while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as we strive forward on our fight against gambling addiction.

Your responsibilities

  • Implement and onboard new customers by aligning their data structures and data quality with internal standards, setting up data pipelines, and collaborating closely with customers to understand and incorporate their requirements

  • Leading customers through our Tech sales funnel, handling demos, pilots, workshops and mock solution setups - ensuring our Solutions are implemented properly both Technically and Operationally

  • Delivering on consultancy requests, like UI optimisations, data cleanups, or feature development

  • Optimising our data pipelines and the data integration process, to ensure optimal utilisation of the data

  • Participating in and contributing to design ideas, innovation, code reviews and most importantly objective and constructive discussions

  • Developing and improving our software solutions and taking ownership of our UX designs

Job requirements

  • Bachelors or masters degree preferably within a technical field (e.g. Data science, Cognitive science or similar). Alternatively 2+ years professional experience in a data engineering role

  • Experience working with data and the data value chain - areas like data modelling, data analyses, data visualisations, data structuring, ETL processing

  • Experience with Python and SQL

Experience with the following is an advantage

  • A knack for communicating technical topics in a clear and understandable fashion to different audiences
