We are on the lookout for a Senior Campaign Specialist to maximise the business potential of our fast-growing, award-winning company.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Programmatic (Paid Media), you will be responsible for managing our client campaigns, developing and executing strategies, monitoring campaign performance, as well as internal & external reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage programmatic campaigns in various markets, ensuring effectiveness, scalability, and ROI

  • Contribute to clients' business growth by identifying new opportunities and motivating teams to implement innovative solutions

  • Assist in evaluating new tools, and opportunities.

  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives, along with assisting in forecasting.

  • Work independently with guidance from management regarding overall goals and objectives

  • Set up campaigns accurately in various systems, ensuring ad tags and creative are properly loaded. If relevant, confirm that the creatives are approved before the campaign launch date

  • Managing trafficking and executing programmatic campaigns across various DSPs

  • Provide strategic campaign measurement recommendations that correlate to the targeting and brand objectives

  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to refine the company’s media buying processes

  • Analyse the performance of media buys across inventory and demand sources

  • Prepare reports at scheduled intervals (daily, weekly, monthly) for use in ad operations reviews

  • Manage routine liaison with advertising partners for client-specific inquiries

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a programmatic buying role generating large volumes of customers

  • Fluency with media buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchanges

  • Hands-on execution and in-the-field management of client campaigns

  • Excellent understanding of campaign, ad server, impression, and user data that can help capitalise on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for account growth

  • A collaborative and positive attitude

  • Strategic, proactive, and creative thinking

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Other

  • An interest in sports betting would be useful.

  • Knowledge of ad fraud, viewability and brand safety and how these are measured, managed and fit into the programmatic advertising landscape would be useful.

Location

Location preference is to be within Better Collective’s HQ in Denmark or London.
