Reliable, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in how you approach your work. You take pride in producing accurate financial reports and understanding how the numbers connect to the bigger picture. You’re comfortable collaborating with others, asking the right questions, and offering practical solutions when something’s not working. You value clarity, consistency, and being someone others can count on to get things right, and to speak up when something needs to change.

You will…

  • Financial Reporting Excellence: Prepare, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of local financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Deliver insights to management to drive informed business decisions.

  • Business Partnership: Serve as a key financial advisor to business units, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing actionable financial analysis and recommendations to support their strategic goals.

  • Problem Solving and Analysis: Identify financial issues, trends, and discrepancies, and work collaboratively to develop effective solutions. Use analytical skills to address complex financial matters and optimize financial outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as operations, sales, and management to provide financial insights that drive business performance and ensure alignment with overall financial goals.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate accounting processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development and refinement of budgets and forecasts, actively participating in reviews and providing variance analysis and actionable insights.

Job requirements

You have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is preferred.

  • 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS and other relevant financial regulations.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite and Microsoft Business Central)

  • Advanced Excel skills with a strong aptitude for data analysis and problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to succinctly convey complex financial information to non-financial audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
