Are you excited about supporting the roll-out of innovative technologies and ensuring seamless user experiences across the organisation? If yes, then you might be our new colleague as our new Salesforce Administrator.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce throughout our organisation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather business requirements, customise solutions, and provide essential support to users.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the roll-out of Salesforce across the organisation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs

  • User management including configuring security and access settings. Set up and onboard Salesforce users by contributing with training material and training sessions

  • Act as the service administrator and point of contact for Salesforce, supporting existing users with their issues and requests

  • Manage data quality and commit data upload from external systems using ETL tools (Workbench, Data Loader, etc.)

  • Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices

  • Document user stories and tasks in Jira and consolidate technical documentation in Confluence

  • Maintain and develop Salesforce Flows and other Salesforce solutions that promote best practices and scalability

Job requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and all its declarative tools (ability to read and understand Apex Classes and Triggers is a plus)

  • Salesforce Administration certification (any other Salesforce certifications are a plus)

  • Excellent understanding of commercial processes

  • Proficient understanding of master data and data concepts

  • A proactive approach, identifying areas where the business can benefit from Salesforce

  • Work in English with ease (it's our company language)

  • Bring a solution-centric mindset

  • You are a continuous learner & systematic thinker

  • You are a person they would also enjoy having a coffee with (virtual or not)

  • You thrive in a busy and vibrant environment

  • You have strong attention to detail

  • You are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges

  • You are process-oriented and won't be satisfied if the methodology is inefficient
