Regional Media Strategist - LATAM

Job description

The Semi Senior Media Strategist will have the Commercial team as their main internal client, creating strategic and creative proposals to deliver the most differentiated and effective solutions to our clients, working across the entire region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce proposals and conceptual/seasonal packages for the Commercial team, and create/maintain sales materials (Media Kits, B2B communications, etc.) for different digital platforms and websites.

  • Plan commercial digital strategies in sports media for clients and/or agencies, with a focus on sports campaigns (requires knowledge of various digital advertising platforms: web/app media ads—display, video, rich media, etc.—and social media—branded content, branding, etc.).

  • Integrate unique storytelling into proposals and conceptual packages.

  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and the ability to extract client insights from briefs, needs, and data.

  • Present ideas, proposals, packages, and/or strategies directly to clients (in Spanish and English).

  • Manage projects and campaign execution, with a focus on branded content production (not producing it directly, but coordinating efforts across the different teams involved. This is not the main responsibility, but it will be a recurring challenge; if direct experience is lacking, at least an understanding of the process or prior exposure is expected).

  • Allocate client budgets and efficiently balance internal resources.

Job requirements

  • Sports lover!

  • At least 3 years of experience creating commercial proposals for clients.

  • Experience with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Office 365, iWork).

  • Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

  • Knowledge of digital platforms and trends.

  • Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus!

  • Strong teamwork and influencing skills.
