Job description

We are looking for a new Receptionist that can help us ensure a high level of service at our busy office in the center of Niš, Serbia.

We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.

Job responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude;

  • Announcing clients as necessary;

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, receiving, sorting, and sending mail and packages;

  • Provide excellent customer service;

  • Coordinating lunch deliveries;

  • Help in the canteen - includes grocery shopping, emptying the dishwasher, cleaning the coffee machine, putting items in place, etc;

  • Carrying out the welcoming process for new hires - Providing a welcome package, presentation, creating ID cards;

  • Ordering small office supplies ; 

  • Miscellaneous errands in the city;

  • Additional tasks related to office management.

Job requirements

  • Writing and speaking English fluently;

  • Strives to be the unsung hero of the office, making sure everything is in its place at all times;

  • Has strong attention to detail and loves organization;

  • Is punctual, responsible, and willing to learn new things;

  • Has a motivating energy and a flexible demeanor;

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Organized and resourceful;

  • Are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challenges;

  • Are process-oriented and won't be satisfied if the methodology is inefficient.
