Project Manager - Paid Media

We are looking for a Project Manager, dedicated to our Paid Media team, Agency & Media, who can help manage, coordinate & streamline our activities and deliveries across multiple countries and channels.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing stakeholder expectations, driving project progress, and ensuring performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate projects involving design, websites, hosting, and WordPress site development for Paid Media campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Liaise between paid media and tech teams to facilitate effective collaboration and delivery.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Keep pace with developments in paid media channels to inform project strategies and direction.
• Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and stakeholder objectives.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in project management, specifically with tech development projects.
• Solid understanding of paid media channels and how they can be leveraged for project success.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with project management software and communication tools such as Jira and Slack.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in web development and iGaming is a plus.
• A proactive problem-solver with a performance-driven mindset.
