The role

We have an immediate opening for a Programmatic Specialist, with experience in serving relevant ads, in particular through DSPs such as, Quantcast, Eskimi, DV360 and the likes, as well as platforms such as, Taboola, MGID, Revcontent and PropellerAds. Hands-on work experience is a must and furthermore, the right candidate is more than familiar with abbreviations like RTB, CTR, UTM, CPA, CPC and CPM.


As Better Collective’s Programmatic Specialist, you will be a key member of the Display Media team, controlling large budgets, deploying and testing new initiatives, and being accountable for the performance of our marketing efforts in 15+ countries, the team is based across multiple offices, namely; Copenhagen, Denmark, Lisbon, Portugal, Niš, Serbia, Thessaloniki & Athens, Greece and Bucharest, Romania so the position would need to be filled in one of these cities.


You will help lead, design and constantly optimise our efforts with the clear aim of finding the best digital methods for reaching the highest number of high intent users, at the lowest possible cost. You are also accustomed to managing large amounts of data, campaigns, and audiences throughout the marketing funnel and are meticulous in tracking campaign results and reporting on KPIs to stakeholders and management.

Job requirements

Our ideal candidate

  • Previous experience managing programmatic, native, and other display ad formats

  • Has a performance mindset and driven by creating great results

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully run several campaigns at once, without jeopardizing quality and results

  • Has an analytical mindset - constantly reviewing and optimizing active campaigns

  • A proactive thinker who pays real attention to detail and acts upon any opportunities

  • Has a solid holistic business understanding


Experience
  • You have experience with a variety of banner and video campaigns and formats, and have a proven track record

  • Worked “hands-on” and extensively with display platforms and DSP’s

  • You are experienced in setting up pixels and creating audiences

  • You are no stranger to remarketing and have experience running multiple tracks across products and markets

  • Experience with lead generation and affiliate marketing is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools such as Voluum

  • Experience with ad serving platforms such as Quantcast, DV360, Adform, Outbrain, Taboola and the likes
