Job description

Better Collective is building a world class team specialising in mobile user acquisition. The team will be a centre of excellence for acquiring new customers across a portfolio of top-tier, global apps operating in the sports and casino betting industry.

We are on the lookout for a Programmatic Head of Supply / Programmatic Lead to maximise business potential of our fast-growing, award-winning company.

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations (Paid Media), you will be executing Better Collective’s paid media strategy, and being responsible for managing client campaigns, developing and executing strategies, monitoring campaign performance, as well as reporting campaign insights to clients.

This person can translate client needs into trading objectives, implement trading strategies in DSPs and trading platforms, as well as dive deep into large data sets, analyse and develop insights. They will work to ensure campaigns run smoothly - troubleshooting technical issues, delivering reports, and optimising campaigns to client objectives, while delivering valuable insights to the client.


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE



    • Plan and manage UA strategies for multiple apps across a range of geos.

    • Implement strategies on a variety of DSPs and advertising platforms.

    • Utilise display, video and CTV inventory.

    • Ensure that internal and client KPIs are met.

    • Adhere to best practice guidelines for viewability and brand safety.

    • Participate in client reports, status updates, presentations and QBRs.

    • The role is hands-on with the option of building a team and coaching junior team members in the future.


Job requirements

  • High level of experience:
    • Using DSPs and advertising platforms to generate installs for iOS and Android apps.

    • Planning and implementing tactics and strategies that deliver results.

    • Optimising campaigns to meet a variety of KPIs based on cost and revenue goals.

    • Managing large media budgets.

    • Utilising display, video and CTV inventory.

    • Optimising for both VTA and CTA.

    • Optimising for viewability and brand safety.

    • Ensuring ads are served in the intended geos.

    • Working with exclusion lists, inclusion lists, audiences, 1P data, retargeting and lookalikes.

    • Working with pre-bid and post-bid tools and verification (e.g. DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT, Protect360)

  • High level of organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work concurrently on and prioritise a variety of projects.

Ability to support the account team with client reports, status updates, presentations and QBRs.


LOCATION

Location preference is to be within one of Better Collective’s Europe Offices (with an ideal candidate being in London). Location can be flexible for the right candidate. Working hours mean evenings are sometimes required working with a US and international market.
