Job description

We are looking for a Product Growth Analyst to join our Digital Intelligence team in Nis.

Digital Intelligence runs Better Collective’s experimentation and insights program, identifying growth opportunities across key products and supporting product management with data-driven clarity.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who wants to uncover insights, influence product strategy, and contribute to experimentation-driven product development.

If you are passionate about understanding user behaviour, building dashboards that spark action, and using data to guide decisions, this might be the perfect role for you.

Your impact

As a Product Growth Analyst, you will provide the insights foundation for optimisation and product decisions across Better Collective.

Your work will uncover user behaviour patterns, growth opportunities and performance gaps: enabling teams to make informed decisions and, where relevant, explore experimentation opportunities based on evidence.

What will you do ?

  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data using GA4, MS Clarity and internal tools

  • Identify friction points, opportunities and underperforming areas across user funnels

  • Build actionable dashboards (Looker Studio) that enable fast, informed decision-making

  • Present clear, structured insights to Product, UX, Content and Business stakeholders

  • Recommend potential optimisation initiatives or experiments based on data

  • Conduct opportunity sizing, KPI deep-dives and performance diagnostics

  • Support the preparation of hypotheses through data validation and pre-analysis

  • Monitor the impact of implemented changes over time

  • Proactively support an experimentation-driven product development mindset

What you bring ?

Must-have

  • Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and tools like MS Clarity

  • Experience in Looker Studio dashboarding

  • Ability to translate insights into recommendations

  • Strong understanding of user journeys and product metrics

  • Excellent communication skills (turning data into story)

  • Curious, proactive, creative and eager to learn new methods (including experimentation)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with event tracking or measurement planning

  • Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation concepts

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript

  • Experience with user research or UX analysis

  • SEO understanding

  • Experience with Matomo

Benefits

  • Private health insurance

  • Sick leave 100% paid

  • Canteen with free meals and drinks

  • Flexible working hours

  • Additional vacation days after two years in the company

We also provide up-to date equipment, entertainment facilities in a modern office right in the city center and more.

Note: Flexible working hours and occasional work from home options in Better Collective help us achieve proper work-life balance. We strongly believe in the magic of teamwork, though, so we come to the office at least three days a week to keep the team spirits high.

Application deadline

We look forward to hearing from you and accept applications until 3rd January.
Please submit your CV and cover letter in PDF; only applications submitted in English will be considered.

Expected start date: as soon as possible.
