People & Culture Lead

    • Buenos Aires
  • People & Culture

Job description

Hey there, Future People & Culture Lead @ Better Collective! 👋

Our Vision is to be the world’s leading digital sports media company, making sports entertainment more engaging and transparent for fans worldwide. At Better Collective, we're the team behind industry-leading brands like Action Network, HLTV, and VegasInsider.

We’re looking for a creative strategist and hands-on executor to help us build a culture of performance and belonging. If you love implementing new ways to connect people, improving processes, and turning a strategy "on a page" into a living reality, this is for you.

Your Impact and Core Focus

This is a role for a "thinker-doer." You will support the People & Culture strategy by driving engagement, streamlining how we work, and ensuring our team feels connected globally.

  • Culture & Engagement Lead: Design and implement initiatives that drive our company culture. This includes managing DEI&B initiatives, core value workshops, and leadership training.

  • Community & Connection: Lead the strategy for company celebrations, online events, and team-building activities.

  • HR UX: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the different stages of our employee lifecycle. You won't just manage existing processes; you will propose, design, and implement People processes which make sense for our team, improve performance, and enhance our culture.

  • Data-Driven Culture: Monitor "Culture Pulse" data. You’ll manage and analyze engagement surveys and feedback to suggest measurable improvements to the People & Culture roadmap.

  • Generalist Support: Act as a culture-first partner to People Business Partners, ensuring that even administrative tasks (like onboarding) are infused with our brand values and a high-performance mindset, as well as getting involved in other areas of the People team where needed.

The Ideal Profile: Is This You?

  • Experience: solid experience in HR or Culture-focused roles which required process design and leadership of optimization, as well as hands-on  implementation.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to take an idea from "proposal" to "reality" across a distributed team. Not a must, but plus points for international experience and/or experience in matrix organizations.

  • Creative Communicator: You know how to write engaging internal comms and host online events that people want to participate in.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with HRIS, Google Suite, and tools for project management and virtual engagement (Slack, online meeting facilitation, Mentimeter, etc.).

  • Language: Advanced English speaking and writing skills are a must.

What We Offer: Perks, Growth & Culture

We invest in our people and empower you to take initiative, collaborate directly with other teams, and bring your ideas to life.

  • Impact: You won't just be a gear in the machine; you will be the one helping to build the machine's culture.

  • Hybrid Flexibility: Work from our Buenos Aires Offices in Nuñez with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote focus.

  • Office Perks: Weekly fruit, snacks, hot drinks, and discounts at nearby eateries.

  • Wellness & Growth: Access to our wellness platform (gyms, discounts), stretching classes, and a language platform with 10+ languages.

Global Exposure: Work directly with our team members across the world, gaining insights into international sports media markets.

Ready to Join? We're excited to learn more about you! Please note that only applications submitted in English will be considered.
