  • 📈 Ensure office maintenance, respecting and complying with all legal requirements

  • 🛠️ Connect with other office coordinators in other countries and maintain alignment with Better Collective's practices and values.

The Ideal Profile: Is This You? Here’s what helps people succeed in this role:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in office management

  • Core Competency: Excellent communication skills, with experience managing client relationships.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Spanish Language

  • People Department Experience
