Job description

Are you a data-informed designer who thrives on experimentation and optimization? Do you have a passion for sports and casino media—and a knack for turning insights into high-performing digital experiences? Better Collective is looking for a Medior Digital Designer to join our creative team and help us elevate our websites and marketing assets through innovative, performance-driven design.

As part of our international Design team, you’ll collaborate with other in-house departments across disciplines to test, iterate, and refine user journeys and interfaces across a portfolio of industry-leading iGaming brands. With a strong focus on user engagement, conversion, and A/B testing, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual language and usability of our websites and digital campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone who not only has an eye for great design but also understands how design decisions impact user behavior, SEO, and business KPIs.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovation-focused company where design, experimentation, and growth go hand in hand. If you're ready to bring a balance of creativity, structure, and data-driven thinking to your work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Create conversion-focused designs for websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns—grounded in user research, data, and testing insights.

  • Use Figma to develop and prototype user interfaces with a focus on scalability, clarity, and performance.

  • Collaborate closely with CRO specialists, developers, SEO experts, and content teams to run A/B tests, implement new features, and optimize site performance.

  • Translate complex ideas into simple, effective designs that elevate the user experience across all digital touchpoints.

  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of our design systems and UI guidelines, ensuring consistency and flexibility across brands.

  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to design—regularly iterating based on performance metrics, behavioral data, and user feedback.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices in UX, CRO, and responsive design.

BENEFITS

  • Private health insurance

  • Sick leave 100% paid

  • Canteen with free meals and drinks

  • Flexible working hours

  • Additional vacation days after two years in the company

We also provide up-to date equipment, entertainment facilities in a modern office right in the city center, company parties, yearly trip out of town, holiday presents and more.

Note
: Flexible working hours and occasional work from home options in Better Collective help us achieve proper work-life balance. We strongly believe in the magic of teamwork, though, so we come to the office at least twice a week to keep the team spirits high.

Application deadline

We look forward to hearing from you and accept applications until 12th of May.
Please submit your CV and cover letter in PDF; only applications submitted in English will be considered.

Expected start date: as soon as possible.

Job requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing work on high-traffic websites, landing pages, or e-commerce/affiliate projects.

  • Expert knowledge of Figma—with an ability to work quickly and efficiently in component-based design systems.

  • Experience with CRO and A/B testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) or willingness to learn.

  • Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and how these translate into measurable business impact.

  • Familiarity with performance metrics like CTR, bounce rate, time-on-site, and conversion rate—and how design influences them.

  • Experience in the iGaming or affiliate marketing industry is a strong plus.

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate design decisions with data and reasoning.

  • Passion for sports, betting, or gaming is a big advantage.
