Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on, analytically driven Marketing Insight Analyst to build and scale our competitor monitoring, experimentation insights, and persona segmentation efforts.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how we identify market opportunities, translate intelligence into testable hypotheses, and improve marketing performance across paid channels.

Job responsibilities

  • Monitor competitors across PPC, paid social, display, and programmatic channels

  • Analyse landing pages, ad messaging, funnel strategies, and offer mechanics

  • Support persona segmentation and customer journey analysis

  • Build and maintain dashboards that visualise competitor data and traffic trends

  • Help automate reporting and data collection processes using internal tools or APIs

  • Collaborate with the experimentation and CRO team to deliver hypotheses for testing

  • Research competitors' business models, product strategies and revenue streams 

  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in marketing and product

What you bring

  • 2–4 years experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or similar

  • Proven knowledge of paid media channels (PPC, paid social, display, etc.)

  • Experience with campaign tracking, performance measurement, and A/B testing

  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and landing page evaluation

  • Customer segmentation techniques

  • Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, GSC, Semrush, Similarweb, Pixel, Tableau

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

  • Comfortable presenting data and insights to cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • Exposure to API integration or light web scraping

  • Experience working with CRO or experimentation frameworks

  • Basic SQL or scripting knowledge is a plus

  • iGaming or affiliate marketing experience is a bonus, but not essential
