THE ROLE

As a member of our Commercial Operations team within the broader Business Development group, you will play a key role in driving our Commercial and Business operations, specifically focusing on Affiliate Marketing across our Assets and Media Partnerships. In this role, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of tracking mechanisms, managing affiliate accounts, and understanding the overall commercial flow within the iGaming industry. You will be at the forefront of facilitating communication with partners on various topics, including marketing strategies and compliance standards across diverse markets.

As our Junior Commercial Operations Manager, you will take on a more hands-on approach, assuming ownership of key tasks while working closely with your team colleagues. You will be expected to take initiative, make decisions, and contribute directly to the success of our Commercial Operations team. Continuous development and training will be part of your journey as you gain expertise and advance within your role.

You will be based in Niš, Serbia, and be an integral part of our dedicated team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate partner integration within our internal systems, including managing account setups, tracking links, and campaign implementations.

  • Take ownership of communication regarding offer updates, new content, and offer requirements.

  • Manage the execution of campaigns and follow up on their performance to ensure objectives are met.

  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of various data portals and reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of information across platforms, acting as a key point of contact for the team.

  • Contribute actively to the reporting process, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, managing tasks related to legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead or collaborate on a range of ongoing projects aimed at driving team success and operational improvements.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to optimize the team’s performance.

  • Take on additional ad hoc tasks that support the team’s objectives and contribute to broader business goals.

Job requirements

  • You are highly structured, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills.

  • You have a passion for delivering high-quality work and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, Salesforce) is an advantage.

  • While not mandatory, a strong interest in sports betting or casino games is appreciated.
