You are…

You’re a dynamic IT professional who thrives on optimizing technology systems and providing exceptional team support. Based in our Buenos Aires office, you will manage IT operations across Latin America, overseeing staff in Argentina, Brazil, and providing support in Chile and Colombia. Additionally, you’ll act as the primary IT link to our New York office while collaborating closely with the General IT Manager in Copenhagen and our global IT team based in Serbia.

You will…

  • Team Management: Supervise two full-time IT employees (one in Buenos Aires, one in Rio de Janeiro) while ensuring smooth operations across Chile, Colombia, and the NYC office.

  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with the General IT Manager in Copenhagen and the IT team in Serbia to align with company-wide tech initiatives and standards.

  • IT Operations:

    • Manage regional IT support requests, ticket processes, and on-site troubleshooting.

    • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and inventory management for equipment and software.

    • Maintain and implement system configurations, upgrades, and security protocols.

    • Administer Google Workspace, company intranet, security tools, Slack, and computer management platforms.

  • Network Infrastructure: Assist with network upgrades, improvements, and repairs across regional offices.

  • Process Development: Work with global IT leadership to refine and develop efficient IT processes.

Job requirements

You have…

  • 3+ years of IT management experience.

  • Expertise in Mac OSX and/or Windows operating systems.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including user and account management.

  • Ability to troubleshoot network issues and resolve hardware/software problems.

  • Knowledge of maintaining computer security systems and restoring devices to factory settings.

Only english resumes will be considered.

Bonus points…

  • Experience in network administration and Active Directory management.

  • A strong orientation toward process improvement and automation.

  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
