Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HRIS Administrator and People Analytics Specialist at Better Collective.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Human Resources Information Systems (Sage People) and providing valuable insights through data analytics to support our HR initiatives.

Job responsibilities

  • Customize and configure HRIS to meet HR business requirements, including but not limited to employee lifecycle management, performance management, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into HRIS solutions.

  • Support the administration of HRIS by identifying system improvements and collaborating with HR teams to implement changes.

  • Generate detailed and meaningful reports from the HRIS to support strategic HR planning.

  • Conduct regular data audits and perform necessary data cleansing activities.

  • Assist in the creation and customization of system fields, workflows, and automation as needed.

  • Provide guidance and training to HR team members on data analytics tools and best practices.

  • Serve as a point of contact for HR data inquiries and support requests.

  • Stay current with Sage People updates and new features, assessing their potential impact on HR operations and recommending best practices to optimize them.

  • Ad-hoc tasks related to Sage People

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably within a global context.

  • Excellent English language knowledge

  • Proficiency with Sage People or similar global HRIS platforms

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles

  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience in creating and analyzing complex reports within an HRIS.

  • Experience working with the Google Suite 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
