Job description

We are on the lookout for a talented Financial Controller - Associate to assist to finance and accounting related tasks in our fast-growing, award-winning company. You will play a key role in the team and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on company standards and procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for organizing and controlling the monthly closure process;

  • Control and analyze the cost for the monthly closure on a group level;

  • Oversee and streamline intercompany transactions among subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards and optimizing internal financial processes.

  • Control and analyze the revenue for monthly closure on a group level;

  • Fixed asset reconciliation and control;

  • General ad-hoc accounting and controlling tasks, and tasks assigned by direct superior.

Job requirements

  • Degree in finance and accounting or in the economy;

  • Good knowledge of English language written and oral;

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent organizational skills for setting priorities, working with multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines;

  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and business partners;

  • Adaptable and keen to learn;

  • Detail oriented with a focus on correct processing.
