We're looking for a strategic seller with deep industry connections and an instinct for audience monetization who’s ready to build something powerful from the ground up.
This role is for you if you know the ad ecosystem inside and out, and you’re excited to bring a new performance-driven platform to market. FanReach is our bold new initiative—designed to turn our 400M+ monthly visits into meaningful partnerships and real revenue. How You'll Make an Impact
Here are some of the ways you’ll contribute to our mission:
⚡ Drive revenue and close deals. You’ll own end-to-end sales for FanReach, working directly with agencies, DSPs, and brands to build and close PMP, PG, and managed service deals.
🤝 Build strategic partnerships. You'll nurture key relationships with media buyers and partners, connecting advertisers with high-intent audiences across our publisher brands.
📈 Monetize our first-party data. Package and sell Better Collective’s first-party audience segments via platforms like LiveRamp and others.
🛠️ Launch, learn, and scale. You’ll be hands-on as we build the FanReach commercial engine, helping define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
The Ideal Profile: Is This You?
Here’s what helps people succeed in this role:
Experience: 5+ years in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, or audience monetization.
Proof of Skill: You’ve successfully closed deals with media agencies, DSPs, or major advertisers. Bonus if you’ve sold CTV, native, or data-powered campaigns.
Toolbox: You speak the language of PMPs, ID resolution, and audience segmentation fluently.
Core Competency: You’re a trusted seller, a great listener, and a natural storyteller. You can simplify complex products and get people genuinely excited to buy.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Existing relationships in the sports or iGaming advertising ecosystem
• Experience with identity solutions and selling through data marketplaces
