In this role, you will enhance our website performance and increase conversion rates through data-driven strategies, ultimately driving revenue growth and improving user experience.


You will…

  • Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies tailored to our websites.
  • Utilize A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies to identify and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitor and analyse website and digital campaign performance using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics related to conversion rates and user behavior.
  • Generate regular reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
  • Utilize tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys to gather data on user interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement optimization strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on optimization efforts, including key findings, recommendations, and performance metrics.
  • Translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute optimization projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Job requirements

You have…

  • Strong experience in conversion rate optimization and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • A solid understanding of KPIs and metrics related to conversion rates and user behavior.
  • Excellent research skills, with the ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders and translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and execute projects efficiently.
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work well with cross-functional teams
