Hey there, Future Content Manager @ Better Collective! 👋
Our mission is to be the world’s leading digital sports media company, making sports entertainment more engaging and transparent for fans worldwide. At Better Collective, we're the team behind industry-leading brands like Action Network, Playmaker, Bolavip, and FUTBIN. We're looking for a detail-driven editor and SEO-savvy content strategist who wants to join a team where your work will help shape how millions of sports fans discover and engage with the content they love.
This role is for you if you love words and data. You know how to take a messy page and turn it into something structured, searchable, and genuinely useful for users. You’re someone who thrives on making content better—more findable, more relevant, more engaging. You won’t be handed a checklist. You’ll help build the strategy, create briefs, audit content, and optimize pages to grow traffic and elevate the user experience. If you want a role where you can directly shape what people read, see, and engage with—this is it.
How You'll Make an Impact
Here are some of the ways you’ll contribute to our mission:
⚡Create detailed briefs for writers to produce high-performing, SEO-focused content that supports organic growth.
🤝Edit content from freelancers and in-house writers to meet editorial and SEO standards—ensuring consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment.
🛠️Upload and manage content in the CMS, including formatting, internal linking, tagging, and optimizing metadata.
📈Run audits and competitor research to improve existing pages and stay ahead of trends in search and audience behavior.
The Ideal Profile: Is This You?
Here’s what helps people succeed in this role:
Experience: 2+ years in content creation, editing, or digital publishing—ideally in a fast-paced or SEO-focused environment.
Proof of Skill: Strong writing and editing chops. Ability to spot a clunky headline or an unoptimized paragraph a mile away.
Toolbox: Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, or similar). Bonus if you’ve used SurferSEO, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Core Competency: Strong organizational and communication skills. You’re someone who hits deadlines and clearly shares your thinking with others.
