The the expert that know ad ops inside and out—and actually enjoy making campaigns run smoothly and seeing the real impact of your work. With experience in the North American digital ad space, you spot opportunities to improve how things are done and want to be part of shaping that change. You’re not into just ticking boxes—you want to make smart calls, work closely with sales, solve problems quickly, and find better ways to get results. You’re looking for real ownership, not micromanagement, and you're ready to be the go-to person for ad ops in the region. You bring ideas, care about outcomes, and want to be part of a team where what you do truly matters.

Job requirements

You will…

  • Own North America direct-sold campaign activation and performance results.

  • Manage full campaign setup and execution within Google Ad Manager 360.

  • Partner with North America commercial teams to understand campaign objectives.

  • Optimize campaigns using data to exceed established performance targets.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues impacting ad delivery effectively.

  • Provide clear performance updates and actionable insights to internal teams.

  • Contribute to improving ad operations workflows and best practices in North America.

You have…

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working within Google Ad Manager 360.

  • Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns for North American-based brands directly and through advertising agencies.

  • A demonstrable track record of commercial success in digital advertising.

  • Solid experience working on the publisher side of the digital advertising ecosystem.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with commercial and global teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with custom or non-standard advertising products and formats.

  • Familiarity with the broader advertising network landscape.
