You are..

You are a collaborative and visionary creative leader with a passion for multimedia design and storytelling. You excel at aligning creative output with business goals through strategic thinking and a deep understanding of brand identity. With a natural ability to foster strong partnerships, you thrive in working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to bring ideas to life and achieve shared success.

You will:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with the brand and organizational needs.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for video, animation, and motion graphics.

  • Deliver visually compelling and high-production-quality creative outputs.

  • Manage and mentor a team of motion graphic designers, fostering their growth and development.

  • Oversee the entire multimedia production process, including timelines and resource allocation.

  • Review and approve all multimedia content to ensure it meets technical and creative standards.

  • Optimize final deliverables for various platforms, including web, social media, and live broadcasts.

  • Align multimedia content with marketing and branding strategies by partnering with internal teams.

  • Ensure all multimedia content adheres to brand guidelines and achieves the desired visual impact.

  • Organize training sessions to keep the team updated on design tools and techniques.

  • leadership and key stakeholders regarding multimedia projects.

Job requirements

You have:

  • Proven expertise in creative direction, strategy, and multimedia production - included proficiency in both 2D and 3D workflows, allowing for flexibility and innovation in creating varied and complex motion graphics.

  • Strong leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams of motion graphic designers.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, allocate resources, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Advanced technical knowledge of multimedia software, tools, and platforms.

  • A keen eye for quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables meet high creative and technical standards.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of working with senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

  • A passion for continuous learning, with the ability to train and inspire teams to adopt new design trends and technologies.
