Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing sales team, with a focus on the iGaming and sports betting market. As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and closing strategic deals with clients in the iGaming sector, such as betting

houses, sports betting platforms, and specialized agencies.

Responsibilities

● Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities in the iGaming market, with a special focus on sports betting, particularly football. The goal is to identify and establish strategic partnerships with betting houses, iGaming platforms, and other operators in the industry to expand the company's presence in this competitive market.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including betting houses, advertising agencies, and strategic partners within the iGaming industry. This involves developing lasting connections to secure long-term partnerships and increase sales.

● Present and promote our digital media products and solutions for the iGaming market in

a convincing way, highlighting the advantages of our services over competitors, especially regarding digital advertising solutions for sports betting and affiliate marketing.

● Develop customized sales proposals for clients in the iGaming sector, considering their specific needs and objectives. Develop effective negotiation strategies to ensure proposal acceptance and convert leads into contracts.

● Monitor trends in the iGaming and betting market, focusing on regulatory changes, technological innovations, and player preferences. Stay up to date on the digital marketing strategies used by betting houses and competitors' movements to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the products and solutions sold are delivered and implemented efficiently. Work closely with account managers, media teams, and operations to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns and digital marketing solutions for betting houses.

● Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company in the iGaming and sports betting segment, focusing on revenue generation through the acquisition of new clients and expanding the existing client portfolio with an emphasis on increasing market share.

These responsibilities require a solid understanding of the iGaming market, including the specifics of sports betting and local regulations impacting the industry, as well as exceptional negotiation and account management skills.

Job requirements

● Proven experience in sales within the digital or sports media industry

● Solid knowledge of the football market and digital trends

● Exceptional communication and presentation skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Results-oriented and goal-driven

● Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills

● Ability to create commercial proposals in presentations and Excel;

● A degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or a

related field is an advantage

● Full-time availability

● Reside in São Paulo

● Spanish is a plus

● Fluent in English
