Job description

The Programmatic & Integrations Manager will play a critical role in optimising the programmatic ad operations and managing the technical aspects of integrations with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), ad exchanges, and partners. This individual will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth integration, troubleshoot issues, and drive performance across programmatic open marketplace demand.


Key Responsibilities


Technical Integrations

  • Oversee and manage the integration of programmatic demand sources such as SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), and ad exchanges
  • Work closely with development and product teams to ensure seamless integration of ad technology solutions (e.g., header bidding, ad server integrations, data management platforms)
  • Inventory management of all FSN placements to ensure good analysis and ad units optimizations

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyse programmatic performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Create regular reports that track performance KPIs, revenue, and technical performance
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in programmatic operations

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with programmatic partners, ad tech vendors, and third-party platforms
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any integration-related issues and manage troubleshooting with both internal and external partners

Compliance and Best Practices

  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., LGPD), and best practices in programmatic advertising
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant ad quality, data privacy, and viewability standards

Project Management

  • Lead and manage programmatic projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time and meet business objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, product, development, and data teams to achieve seamless programmatic integrations

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or digital media, at a publisher or ad tech company
  • Strong understanding of programmatic platforms, such as Google Ad Manager, Prebid, SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges
  • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and basic coding languages used in ad tech integrations
  • Experience with header bidding, RTB, and advanced targeting strategies
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • English C1-C2


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with DMPs (Data Management Platforms) and advanced audience segmentation
  • Portuguese is a plus
