  • Paid Media

Job description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery across a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will own projects end-to-end - from scoping and planning through to launch and retrospective, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed, risks managed, and teams moving. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, BI, CRO, and business teams, acting as the central coordination point across every workstream. If you are organised, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift, this role is built for you.

Job responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of projects across multiple workstreams - from intake and scoping through to delivery, post-launch monitoring, and retrospectives;

  • Lead project kickoff meetings, milestone planning, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and success criteria from day one;

  • Work with business stakeholders to define clear business outcomes upfront for every initiative (revenue uplift, conversion improvement, cost reduction, efficiency gains) and co-own those outcomes with the cross-functional team;

  • Manage cross-functional backlogs, roadmap priorities, and delivery timelines, balancing short-term urgency with long-term strategic goals;

  • Serve as the central point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery functions, managing expectations, surfacing risks early, and keeping all parties aligned;

  • Own and maintain up-to-date roadmaps across all active workstreams, providing regular, transparent progress updates to stakeholders at all levels, balancing detail for operational teams with clarity for senior leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with diverse teams - including Engineering, AI/ML, Design, UX, QA, Data, and Business stakeholders to ensure integrated, effective project delivery;

  • Champion AI-augmented ways of working: identify where automation, AI tooling, or process optimisation can reduce manual overhead, free up team capacity, and accelerate delivery cycles;

  • Keep all relevant teams informed on project strategy, priorities, and direction, fostering a culture of transparency, shared ownership, and no silos.

Quality & Reporting

  • Ensure all projects meet defined quality standards and deliver measurable outcomes tied to stakeholder objectives;

  • Maintain up-to-date roadmaps and provide regular, transparent progress updates to stakeholders at all levels;

  • Uphold delivery governance standards, adapting frameworks (Agile, Kanban, hybrid) to the needs of each project and team.

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify blockers, dependencies, and risks throughout the project lifecycle - resolving them before they impact delivery and timelines;

  • Drive retrospectives to extract learnings and feed them back into improved processes and future planning;

  • Continuously evaluate delivery efficiency, track AI-enabled capacity gains, and shift team focus progressively from tactical execution towards strategic orchestration.

Requirements

Must have

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously, as well as attention to detail;

  • 3+ years in a Project Management, Delivery, or operations role ideally within a technology company, digital marketing agency, or performance/affiliate marketing environment;

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, Confluence, Notion, or similar;

  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - sprint planning, refinements, backlog management etc.;

  • Very good knowledge of English language;

  • Clear, confident communicator - equally comfortable writing a Jira ticket, a stakeholder update, or a Slack message.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in iGaming, online casino, or sports betting affiliate marketing;

  • Exposure to CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), landing page optimisation, or lead generation funnels in a performance marketing context;

  • Experience coordinating between campaign, development, and data/BI teams in a fast-paced environment;

  • Understanding of paid media channels - including Paid Social (Meta, Snapchat), Paid Search (Google Ads), and affiliate/performance networks.

Benefits

  • Private health insurance

  • Sick leave 100% paid

  • Canteen with free meals and drinks

  • Flexible working hours

  • Additional vacation days after two years in the company

We also provide up-to date equipment, entertainment facilities in a modern office right in the city center and more.

Note: Flexible working hours and occasional work from home options in Better Collective help us achieve proper work-life balance. We strongly believe in the magic of teamwork, though, so we come to the office at least three days a week to keep the team spirits high.
