Job description
To lead complex and cross-functional projects of strategic significance in Better Collective, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a proven track-record of strong business acumen, excellent people skills and the drive to lead projects.
About the role
Your role as a Senior Project Manager in Group BI, CI & Data Science will be to help drive, and execute, the delivery of our projects end-to-end. Your overall objective will be to define project goals, develop and scope project plans and ultimately steer and complete projects within defined timelines, budget and ensure a high level of satisfaction of involved key stakeholders. Also, you will be responsible for handling general tasks and requests in the team that is not assigned to a specific project or team member.
The main projects consist of cross functional team involvement between business partners, BI Ecosystem and Business System Platform.
Your main responsibilities
Initiate projects by checking feasibility and working out budgets, teams and resources
Carry out planning - this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks - in accordance with the needs of the project
Close the project - including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project
Handling general requests and tasks from within the organisation
Representing Better Collectives values and advocates high standards in performance and integrity

Job requirements
Our expectations to you
We imagine that you have a relevant education and lots of experience in project management. You shine when collaborating, supporting, and advising the team and stakeholders. With your ability to lead projects with focus on time, budget & scope, you both support continuous learning within the project team and take responsibility for releasing deliverables to the highest quality standards while fulfilling stakeholder expectations.
3+ years of solid experience working as a project manager on complex projects
Strong skills in use of Monday.com or similar project planning tools
Intercultural awareness and skills to supervise and align intercultural teams
Keen eye for improvement, e.g., in the development process, together with your team
Experience in promoting knowledge transfer initiatives between individuals and teams
Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral
A team player with the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
Result- and goal-oriented and committed to contributing to the overall success of Better Collective
