We are seeking a Marketing Operations Associate who is highly-motivated, detail-oriented, goal-driven and excited about joining a fast-paced work environment.

You will

• Have an understanding of the Better Collective portfolio of products, their target customers and features, and how you will contribute to their success by delivering engaging campaigns

• Identify areas of opportunity (growth, retention, awareness) that can be impacted through our digital channels and create and execute plans to drive impact

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the goals of campaigns, and coordinate marketing efforts across various channels, such as CRM, programmatic search, social media, and customer support

• Design campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and awareness keeping in mind important factors such as lifecycle of subscribers, seasonality, costs, competition, etc.

• Assist with content strategy and creation, including copywriting efforts for acquisition campaigns

• Execute on campaign deliverables as needed across all CRM messaging verticals

You have

• Prior experience with campaign management and planning

• Strong writing skills, preferably in marketing copywriting

• Passion for sports and/or sports betting

• Entrepreneurial mindset (self-motivated, tenacious, fearless, resourceful, no handbook necessary)

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, communicate effectively and simultaneously drive tactical execution

• Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to find meaningful and actionable insights
