Junior Video Editor/Motion Graphic Designer

The role
As a Junior Video editor/Motion graphic designer at Better
Collective, you will be working with an experienced team of very talented
and creative Videographers and Video editors, who are all cooperating in
order to produce engaging sports content for YouTube, Tik-Tok, Instagram
etc. Creativity and good aesthetics are two things that have to describe
your work ethic.
Your primary focus will be on the production of sports-oriented, short-form
content for Tik-Tok, YouTube and other SoMe. Most of the videos produced
by you on a daily basis, will be published on a new TikTok profile we are
about to create. You will manage to successfully create them from start to
finish as we provide you with the freedom and space to be fully creative,
having the chance to embed your signature style in every project you
handle. At the same time, you will contribute to the post production of
content produced for the Betarades.gr YouTube channel in many ways, from
creating engaging thumbnails to editing interviews, shorts with Greek
celebrities/famous football figures.
We expect you to have a solid understanding of the tools and rules
required when producing any kind of short-form content for a specific
target audience(user), supported by killer aesthetics and good software
skills. As well as a self driven mindset and a genuine desire to apply and
develop your professional skill set within a constantly evolving industry
such as the Social Media/YouTube.

This is a hybrid role based in Thessaloniki, Greece

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Can deliver High Quality content with purpose
• Have strong, proven motion graphics and video editing skills and
  experience
• Are into Football and sports
• Have good knowledge of content trending in Tik-Tok related to
  football
• Are proficient in use of Adobe Creative Suite with hard focus on
  After Effects
• Have good knowledge of Adobe Premiere
• Have the ability to record and edit short-form content from start to
  finish, adding superior motion graphics combined with footage
  recorded.
• Are familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram,
  Facebook, and TikTok
• Are experienced in producing videos for social media and YouTube
  
• Have experience recording with camera is a plus
• Have the ability to create modern, badass thumbnails for Betarades
  YouTube videos, following the worldwide trends
