As a HRIS (Salesforce) Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our human resources operations through Salesforce/Sage. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Salesforce instance to optimize HR processes, streamline workflows, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration with a focus on HR modules and a passion for leveraging technology to support HR initiatives.


  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet HR business requirements, including but not limited to employee lifecycle management, performance management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
  • Implement and manage Salesforce automation (e.g., workflows, process builder, approvals) to improve efficiency and accuracy in HR processes.
  • Maintain data integrity through data quality assessments, validation rules, and regular data cleansing activities.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and training to HR Managers on Salesforce functionality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate Salesforce(HRIS) with other systems and applications.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, assessing their potential impact on HR operations and recommending best practices.

Job requirements

  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with a focus on HR modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management).

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent English language knowledge
