How You'll Make an Impact
Here are some of the ways you’ll contribute to our mission:
⚡ Set the vision for all editorial content across BC’s Betting Media brands, including betting picks, strategy guides, and written features that drive traffic and engagement.
🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with product, affiliate, and marketing teams to ensure written content is aligned with broader business goals and user experience strategies.
📈 Balance performance and creativity by maintaining SEO success while developing new content formats, channels, and storytelling approaches that diversify our traffic sources.
🛠️ Lead and evolve operational workflows, identify new opportunities for content innovation, and build scalable systems that support our growing editorial teams.
The Ideal Profile: Is This You?
Here’s what helps people succeed in this role:
Experience:
8+ years leading editorial or content teams in digital media, publishing, or a related field.
Proven success in creating high-performing, audience-centric content strategies.
Experience in sports media or betting/iGaming industries.
Toolbox:
Strong command of editorial workflows and SEO best practices.
Comfort working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments with cross-functional teams.
Core Competency:
Exceptional organization and communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and strategic mindset.

Harry brings over eight years of experience in digital strategy and leads a global team of more than 50 SEO and content professionals. He’s passionate about all things sports, SEO, and GenAI, and he’s committed to building collaborative, high-performing teams that move fast and think big. From day one, we'll guide you through a structured onboarding process to ensure you feel confident and ready to contribute.
Your success in the first 90 days:
30: Train on our editorial processes and learn what works, what doesn't, how we drive traffic, and where we can drive more traffic.
60: Start to implement new content ideas, strategies and operations to increase audience and attention.
90: Begin to work collaboratively with affiliate, product and subscription teams to optimize content strategies around those revenue drivers.
