We are on the lookout for an Agency Client Lead, dedicated to our Marketing team based in central Copenhagen, who can help manage, scale & streamline our partners' marketing activities and products across multiple countries and channels.

About the role

We have an opening for an ambitious, performance-driven, and analytical-thinking Agency Client Lead who has experience with business development and ideally comes with an agency background and experience from the iGaming industry.

As Agency Client Lead, you will be primarily responsible for establishing and growing Better Collective’s new commercial partnerships. You will be executing our ambitious long-term strategy which includes moving into new verticals and industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead generation and outreach to potential clients
  • Help set up structures and processes for a new leg of business development
  • Knowledge gathering and sparring with the rest of the commercial team on clients
  • Business development and new client onboarding in key markets
  • Conducting competitor and market analysis, as well as leveraging knowledge from internal stakeholders, to identify new growth opportunities

Job requirements

Our ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded and results-driven, and who likes to set ambitious goals without forgetting the small details. We would prefer a candidate who has experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry or at a marketing agency.

  • Has a good understanding of digital marketing including tracking, analytics, and performance metrics
  • Must be self-driven and proactive
  • Is naturally inquisitive, commercial and results-driven
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google suite
  • Has a holistic business understanding
  • Ideally holds an interest in sports
  • Is a highly skilled communicator
  • Has a solid understanding of the paid media industry
  • Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus
